Our Operating Model
In order to deliver on the promises to our clients E2O Health uses good operations practice to stream line the intake of orders and delivery of services and maintain an acceptable lead time to the physician's office to go live.
Professional Services Organization (PSO) Operations:
E2o Health's Professional Services Organization will be primarily responsible for the following operations as identified in the hierarchical chart below (figure-2):

To ensure that we operate with high quality standards, E2o Health's operations are managed by our two different offices. Business Development Office and Project Management Office.
Business Development Office: e2o Health's business development office is responsible for our internal product development and primarily handles three main areas:
- Human Resources Development: Since the main component of e2o's business model is professional services we maintain an inventory of very well trained and certified resources available at our disposal anytime to execute on our customer projects. Our business development office is primarily responsible for constantly recruiting resources and training these resources.
- Internal Recruiting: We recruit from local community colleges and universities. We constantly sponsor healthcare conferences that are aimed for workforce development and offer internship opportunities for interested applicants.

- Internal Training: Our business development office is also responsible to constantly train our internal resources. These trainings are performed at our Torrance Facility. In order to maintain a high quality delivery mechanism we require all of our employees (including sales, customer support and accounting) become a NextGen Certified Professional. (Our clients can also join these training sessions anytime.)
- EHR Vendor Relationships: Our business development office actively manages our relationships with various EHR vendors that we work with. We are a NextGen Value Added Resellers and we diligently focus on ensuring that we actively educate ourselves on the NextGen Product Developments and manage our relationships with NextGen. We are also are a certified Practice Fusion Partner.
Project Management Office: e2o Health's project management office is responsible for all client related engagements. Our PMO office primarily oversees four departments. Project Planning and Scheduling team, EMR Assessment and Implementation Teams, Reporting Team and Customer Service Departments.
- Project Planning and Scheduling Team: Our PMO office initially works with our planning team to assign the required resources and also come up with a project plan. Once a project plan and the resources are allocated, the EMR Assessment and implementation team is called upon to execute on the plan.
- EMR Implementation and Assessment Team: Our Implementation team consists of Analysts, Data Conversion Specialists and Client Trainers. Before we move on to any implementation we go through a thorough assessment by utilizing some of our checklists so we can reduce our implementation time. (Exhibit 3: Sample initial small practice assessment checklist). Part of the work will be done remotely while the rest will take place at the physician's office.
- Reporting and Audit Team: Our Reporting and Audit Team is responsible for testing and auditing the work done by our Implementation Team. And this team is also responsible for performing Meaningful Use audits for our staff.
- Customer Service Team: Our customer service team is responsible for the initial software/hardware install and also the eventual ongoing support and maintenance. For all of our customers we provide 6 months active phone and email support post installation and we also offer an annual support contract for our customers where we help our customers completely in maintaining their EHR system.
