Training: Our multiple training options support different schedules and needs. Physicians and staff can attend courses at one of our four state-of-the-art facilities, take self-paced online eLearning, and train virtually by WebEx.

Post Go-Live Support: To help your practice transition to your NextGen system, we assign a dedicated customer care specialist who can help you with tracking support calls, additional training requests, licenses, upcoming releases, new features, questions, and concerns, at no additional cost.
